Coronavirus and work rules

Starting May 11, 2020, we resumed operations under enhanced hygiene requirements. Visits are by appointment only, with controlled visitor numbers and strict adherence to sanitary norms — ensuring a safe service for every guest.

Every day before shifts, barbers and administrators undergo temperature screening. Staff with a temperature above 37.2 °C or signs of illness are not allowed to work. Clients are asked to come alone; exceptions apply for parents accompanying children.

Between appointments, we schedule 15-minute breaks for airing and disinfection. Sanitizers are placed at the entrance, and tools are disinfected in front of the guest. Contactless payment is encouraged whenever possible.

The layout complies with safety norms: no more than one client per 10 m² and over 2 meters between workstations. Markings and controlled flow are in place to prevent crowding and overlap of visitors.

The team works in masks/respirators and gloves, uses disposable materials. Surface disinfection is carried out regularly throughout the day and after each visit. Protective supplies are stocked for over 5 days in advance.

We ask guests to arrive exactly at their scheduled time, without cold symptoms, and wearing a mask. If necessary, reschedule — we’ll gladly offer another slot free of charge. Following these rules is our shared responsibility for your safety.
