Partnering with “Lumberjack” for companies and events is not a “checkbox entertainment”. It’s about making your office, forum, or festival feel like a place that genuinely takes care of men.
We work with corporations, business centers, event agencies, hotels, car dealerships, festivals, education programs, and large venues. At “Lumberjack”, corporate service doesn’t live only in a deck — it’s built into the event flow, from the invite to the last photo in the report.
Men respond to clear value, not “another buffet”: “Barber Day in the office”, “Mobile barbershop at a festival”, “Fresh look before stage/cameras” . That’s how we build the format: time-slots for the team, pre-booking, zone branding, and photo/video content that keeps working for your HR and PR long after the event. Trust is born in the chair — and then fuels your employer reputation.
Our partnership format means you don’t get a “one-off attraction and forget it”. We measure results: number of bookings, chair utilization, feedback, social mentions, certificate sales, and people returning to our stationary locations; we plan the next activations together and adapt the format to your goals — from onboarding new hires to a major corporate event. This is not “we brought a chair and left”. It’s a managed loyalty and employer-brand tool.
For a company, Lumberjack mobile barbershop is not just a “fun zone” at an event . It’s the point where people feel: “they took care of me like an adult”. When an employee hears: “barbers are in the office today — you’ve got your slot”, it becomes a real experience and a genuine “wow”, not just another piece of merch.
That’s why we choose formats not only by budget and guest count. We care about the message you want to deliver: care, status, gratitude, support, recovery, or motivation. If your idea matches our view of men’s service — we train barbers and admins to work in your context , so they speak your brand language instead of “cutting somewhere in the corner”.
Also: format and touchpoints. We don’t place a chair “where there’s space”. Each activation has a role: at registration — first impression; between conference panels — a “reset”; at open-air — a magnet near your booth; in the office — part of a well-being program. For the participant it feels like a logical extension of the event idea: “you work/speak/rest here — and you look the part”.
Working with us is a structured process that’s easy to explain to any CEO or event director. We don’t “show up and wing it”. We run a clear mechanism: request → brief → format calculation → tech rider → timing → on-site operations → report with numbers. Do you have an event, office, or venue that needs a strong masculine gesture? We’ll make it look not like an attraction, but a thoughtful part of your brand .
Technically: agreed spots on the venue, number of chairs and barbers, timing SLA, rules for working with staff and guests, photo/video backstage options, and integration into your communication (landing page, email, corporate portal, event poster).
Most importantly — transparency and predictability. You know how many people we actually served, which slots were filled, how participants rated the service, and how much content/mentions you received . We know we came to a place that values service and people — not just a “tick in the program”. That’s partnership with Lumberjack, not a one-time “barber visit for luck”.

Most frequent questions
-
Who actually needs events in a barbershop if there are restaurants and conference halls?
A barbershop makes sense when “one more banquet in a hall” no longer moves the needle. Brands use us for product launches, pre-parties before big events, small VIP client evenings, men’s clubs, sales team teambuildings, leadership meet-ups and closed business breakfasts. The format of “an evening inside a living male service business” creates a different energy than yet another stage with a projector in a hotel.
-
What event formats can you actually handle, not just promise?
We don’t sell “everything”. We reliably handle: corporate parties for 20–60 people, product launches, closed club meet-ups, business breakfasts/dinners, podcast and talk-show recordings with a live audience, training events for teams (sales, barbers, service), franchisee and partner meet-ups, mini in-house fairs (watches, apparel, sneakers). If your format sits outside this list, we will honestly say at the brief whether we can handle it instead of selling hot air.
-
How many people do your locations realistically hold and can we run a series of events?
Depending on the location we comfortably host from 20 to about 60 guests in “standing+bar” mode, or 15–30 in a more intimate seated/content format. If you’re a network business or have a large team, we can run a series of mirrored events across different locations (Podil, Pechersk, Pozniaky etc.) instead of one overcrowded night. This splits the audience by district and keeps the event from becoming a crush.
-
How is an event at “Lumberjack” different from a typical corporate party in a restaurant?
In a restaurant people just sit and eat. With us they enter a live script: real-time haircuts, grooming rituals as a show, bar story, integrated brand activities, content corners for Reels/TikTok, merch, raffles, micro interviews. People don’t just “sit through a corporate”; they leave with an experience, photos, videos and a new habit of where to go and what to use. For the business it is not just a party, it is a behavior-change point.
-
What do you give a business beyond “nice photos after the event”?
We treat an event as a campaign, not a one-off party. Before the event: save-the-date, invites, promo in our channels (if agreed), integration into booking/CRM if needed. During: a clear script where your brand has a defined role instead of getting lost. After: content package, UGC, promo codes, repeat visits in a dashboard. You see how many people came, what they got and what they did after the night instead of just “it was fun”.
-
Can we combine the event with real services: haircuts, grooming, bar, etc.?
Yes, that’s one of our strongest formats. We can build an “after work & fresh look” script: some guests get haircuts and beard updates, some stay at the bar, others are in content activities. We can create a “service menu” under your brand, allocate chairs for VIP guests, collect pre-bookings on site via QR. The key is to define upfront how much real service you want so the event doesn’t turn into chaos.
-
What are the limits on noise, alcohol and safety for business events?
We are pro lively parties, not uncontrolled chaos. Noise levels depend on the location and neighbours: loud phase in clearly agreed hours, then calmer. Alcohol is 18+ only with a responsible approach; we don’t host “drink-till-morning marathons”. No risky activities without a tech rider and proper safety: fire, complex installations, heavy equipment. Brand reputation and people’s safety matter more to us than “one crazy night”.
-
How do we book a date and what happens if business plans change?
To book an event we need date/time, format, approximate headcount and a short brief. Once the quote is agreed, we take a prepayment and lock your slot in the calendar. If plans change, we follow the rules clearly written in the contract: up to a certain date you can move the event without penalties; later there is partial compensation for the blocked time. We are transparent about what is critical for us so you know exactly what you are paying for even in case of reschedule.
