    We offer three tiers—Basic, Plus, and Premium. Higher tiers earn points faster and unlock priority booking and special offers. Status is reviewed automatically based on the last 6–12 months.

  • Do points expire, and when?

    Yes. Points expire if there’s no activity for 12 months. The exact expiry date is shown in your account.

  • How can I redeem points and what for?

    You can redeem points for a discount at checkout or for add-on services/products. Tell the receptionist you’d like to redeem—our system will show the available amount.

  • How are points earned, and is there a minimum spend?

    Points are added automatically on every payment. There’s no minimum spend—any receipt counts. Check your balance in your account or with the front desk.

  • How do I join the loyalty program?

    Just register in-store or online: provide your phone number and name. After registering, you’ll immediately start earning bonus points on every purchase.
