Привіт, мене звати Дмитро. Я — топ-барбер мережі Lumberjack, працюю на «Теремках». Родом із Житомира, вже багато років мешкаю в Києві. Паралельно зі стрімкою практикою у барберингу здобуваю вищу освіту — вірю у поєднання ремесла, дисципліни та постійного розвитку. Мій внутрішній девіз: «Май віру, але нічого не очікуй — тоді вийде чудо, а не розчарування».
У перукарство я закохався давно: ще в юності розглядав каталоги чоловічих стрижок у звичайних салонах і мріяв навчитися створювати такі форми сам. Я люблю працювати руками, бачити результат «тут і зараз» і дарувати клієнтові впевненість через образ — тому барберинг переміг будь-який офісний сценарій.
Дмитро та Lumberjack. У 2021 році, коли мені було лише 15, я після школи зайшов у Lumberjack і прямо спитав про навчання. Ми домовилися — і я почав шлях з нуля. Відтоді пройшов десятки внутрішніх розборів і майстер-класів, а сьогодні проводжу персональні воркшопи: як для нашої мережі в Києві, так і для інших барбершопів по Україні.
Мій підхід — консультація перед будь-якою дією. Я уточнюю стиль життя, скільки часу клієнт відводить на укладку, які задачі має образ (офіс, спорт, сцена), аналізую форму голови, вихори, густоту і напрям росту волосся. На основі цього складаю план довжин, об'єму та текстури: де залишити вагу, де прибрати, як побудувати перехід, щоб форма трималась навіть без засобів.
Я не обираю «улюблену» стрижку — мені подобається будь-яка, в яку вкладено індивідуальний підхід. Люблю чисті фейди, впізнавані силуети з характером, подовжені форми з рухом. У стайлінгу довіряю STMNT: у лінійці є все, що потрібно для голови та бороди — від матової текстури до керованої еластичної фіксації.
Я «за» експерименти. Частина моїх постійних гостей приходять саме за новими рішеннями — ми разом тестуємо довжини, пробуємо інші силуети, змінюємо баланс ваги або додаємо акценти в бороді. Нові зачіски освіжають не тільки образ, а й сприйняття себе, і це найкраща частина моєї роботи.
У моєму сервісі є фірмові фішки: ароматерапія при розпарюванні обличчя перед голінням (крапля ефірної олії на гарячий рушник) та розслаблюючий масаж голови під час мийки. Це дрібниці, які підсилюють враження та допомагають «перемкнутися» під час візиту.
Із результатів, якими пишаюся: 2 місце в чемпіонаті України «Barber Battle 2023», а також регулярні запрошення на персональні навчання. Найближча амбіція — потрапити до TOP-100 світу на платформі OneShot і тримати планку якості незалежно від трендів і хайпу.
Комунікація. 99% кайфу від роботи дає спілкування: відкрито говоримо про очікування, показую референси, пояснюю плюси/мінуси кожного рішення і даю просту інструкцію з домашньої укладки, щоб форма «жила» між візитами. Якщо хочете тиші — працюю мовчки й максимально зосереджено.
Особистість та хобі. Я люблю футбол — хоч і граю рідко через графік. Відпочинок обираю спокійний: друзі, невимушені розмови, музика без зайвого шуму. Найчастіше слухаю класику — вона дисциплінує і допомагає тримати рівний темп під час точних операцій ножицями та бритвою.
Мені подобається працювати чесно й без зайвого пафосу: акуратно, продумано, із повагою до вашого часу. Мрії? Є. Але хай про них скажуть результати: коли настане момент, ви все побачите самі.
