Привіт! Я – Ігор Юрцев, Топ барбер локації Виноградар. Маю п’ять татуювань і не планую зупинятися :) Я — живий приклад того, що своє покликання можна знайти у будь-якому віці, а потім перетворити його на справжню професію та кар’єру.

До барберингу я пройшов довгий і різний шлях: здобув освіту чоботаря і чотири роки працював за фахом, був особистим охоронцем, старшим адміністратором, заступником генерального директора. Кожна роль навчила дисципліні, відповідальності та увазі до дрібниць — якостей, без яких неможлива досконала стрижка.

У якийсь момент я чесно запитав себе: «Що приносить справжнє задоволення?» Відповіддю стало ремесло, де можна працювати руками, бачити результат тут і зараз, спілкуватися з людьми і прокачувати смак щодня. Так я прийшов у перукарську справу, а потім — у барберинг.

Ігор та Lumberjack. Після курсів на перукаря-універсала я прийшов на локацію Виноградар, де довчився на практиці, «поставив» руку та увійшов у темп мережі. Офіційний старт у Lumberjack — 31 грудня 2019 року: символічно завершив один етап життя і одразу відкрив новий. З того часу я працюю в атмосфері, де важливі командність, взаємоповага і чесний сервіс.

Щоб рости швидше, регулярно відвідую майстер-класи та розбори від топових майстрів — Mr. Fade, Дмитра Костеріна, Балу та інших. Паралельно системно вчу теорію форм, пропорцій і текстур, бо саме теорія робить практику стабільною. Сильні сторони: акуратний фейд, чиста окантовка бритвою, робота ножицями на гребінь і продумані подовжені силуети.

Кожен клієнт — унікальний. Починаю з консультації: спосіб життя, дрес-код, скільки часу готовий витрачати на укладку, які засоби вже є вдома. Пропоную рішення, що працює щодня, а не лише в кріслі. Пояснюю, як сушити й укладати, підбираю стайлінг і догляд під тип волосся та шкіри. Мої улюблені бренди — Uppercut, STMNT, Reuzel; для бороди — Proraso. Обов’язково дотримуюсь стерильності інструментів і комфорту клієнта на кожному етапі.

Є кілька «фішок»: точна робота з маківкою і вихорами, баланс маси у фронтальній зоні для легкої домашньої укладки, а також бритвена окантовка з розпарюванням для делікатної шкіри. Умію знайти спільну мову з будь-ким — від першого візиту формуємо довіру і стиль, який підкреслює характер.

Хобі. Поза роботою я перезаряджаюсь музикою — рок, хеві-метал, блюз і кантрі. Люблю відкривати нові релізи, інколи — стару класику на вінілі. Вірю у баланс: коли є час на себе, на сім’ю, на рух — і професійні рішення стають точнішими. Мені подобається вчитись новому: стежу за барбер-трендами, техніками, інструментами, сервісними дрібницями, що роблять візит по-справжньому приємним.
