Texture. Lightness. Confidence. Vynohradar — Lumberjack.

Danylo Halukh is a barber at the Lumberjack Barberhouse network, location «Rusanivka».

Hi! I'm from Kovel, I moved to Kyiv four years ago to study International Management. "If you want to have what you never had — become who you never were."

I loved experimenting with hair since my teenage years — bold shapes, texture, volume. My first attempts to cut others started as an "adventure": a friend decided to trim himself with a beard trimmer — I had to fix the situation, and then it just took off.

At first — friends and video tutorials, then a professional start at the Blade Runner academy. Blade Runner. During training, I realized: barbering is exactly what I was looking for. Creative, lively work with hands and people — without office routine.

Danylo and Lumberjack. At the beginning of 2024, I joined the team at Rusanivka. The choice was based on conditions, schedule, bonus system, a wide range of cosmetics and, most importantly, free network masterclasses. I have already attended sessions from Samadhi Barber, Vovazavr, Melkiy Barber, and Motaro Barber — each workshop added techniques and confidence.

Among styles, the closest to me is — the extended crop: I like the lively texture and "controlled chaos." It's simple to maintain: the client quickly shapes it at home and doesn't spend much time styling. For styling, I love Reuzel Tonic for longer hair — it adds texture, volume, and eases styling with minimal hold; for shorter lengths — Uppercut Deluxe Matte Pomade: universal, easy to work with, and has a pleasant scent.

I work carefully and attentively: first, we analyze the request and lifestyle so the style "lives" every day; I give clear styling advice, select cosmetics and home care. The goal is simple — so the client leaves satisfied, feels comfortable, and wants to return not only "because it grew out," but also for the atmosphere.

Personality and hobbies. I love basketball — in good weather, you can easily find me on the court with friends; I keep fit at the gym. I adore walking around the city with my girlfriend, discovering new places, traveling, or sometimes just chilling at home watching a series. I'm a music lover: from jazz to techno — I listen to everything except Russian music. See you at your visit — we'll create a style that "works" just for you.

The «Estet» Line

The «Estet» Line

The «Estet» line is all about a refined sense of style and the importance of details in your space. Products with this scent envelop you in lightness and energy, turning your usual care routine into an art form.

TYPE OF FRAGRANCE
  1. Fragrance type: woody, citrus, fresh — feels like a morning after rain in an oak forest. A clean start, the coolness of greenery, and a light tartness of bark create a sense of clarity and focus.
  2. Notes: top — lemon, bergamot, rosemary; heart — cedar, sage, geranium; base — oakmoss, vetiver, musk. The composition unfolds gradually: from bright freshness to deep woody persistence.
The “Egoist” Line

The “Egoist” Line

The “Egoist” line embodies the philosophy of “smart egoism.” Products with this fragrance are made for those who know their own worth and feel the desire to express themselves without needing approval from the outside world.

FRAGRANCE TYPE
  1. Fragrance type: leathery, woody, animalic — feels like a night in a leather jacket by the campfire. The warmth of smoke, dry wood, and a deep leather note create a sense of strength and protection.
  2. Notes: top — black pepper, cardamom; heart — birch bark, cedar, labdanum; base — leather, oud, dry amber accord. From the spicy opening, the fragrance moves into a resinous-woody core, finishing with velvety leather.
The “Idealist” Line

The “Idealist” Line

The “Idealist” line is for those who seek HARMONY in everything: in thoughts, actions, and appearance. That’s why the scent of these products is like a perfectly balanced drink, where icy freshness meets spicy depth.

TYPE OF FRAGRANCE
  1. Fragrance type: fresh, aquatic, spicy — without menthol, but with a cool sensation. Feels like a sip of an iced cocktail by the sea: a salty breeze, a cool citrus spark, and a clean aftertaste.
  2. Notes: top — lime, bergamot, ginger; heart — marine accord, sage, basil; base — cedar, white musk, amber accord. First you get citrus and spice, then a transparent "water" with herbal freshness, settling into a woody base.
Permanent Sale of Cosmetics

Permanent Sale of Cosmetics

A steady rotation of products that our barbers actually use every day. You get the same shampoo, beard product, or styling that we used with you in the chair, so you’ll want to come back for it again.

LOCATION
  1. Cosmetics in the barber’s hands during your service. «This is yours — take it home».
  2. Separate shelves in the hall and by the washbasin. This is a display for sale, not just decor.
  3. What we use at work stands nearby in retail format — you can simply take it with you.
  4. We sell through the barber’s recommendation, not through banners or discounts.
  5. Brand in the space: lightboxes, table tents, care cards, uniforms.
Cosmetics that the client sees everywhere

Cosmetics that the client sees everywhere

We place the product at every touchpoint: while he’s sitting, while he’s getting his hair washed, while he’s waiting for coffee. There’s no distance between service and purchase — there’s a constant presence of cosmetics right in front of your eyes.

PRESENCE
  1. The client sees the brand right away in the waiting area: the counter, tables, drinks, and service.
  2. By the washbasin, shampoos, conditioners, and care products for skin and beard are openly available.
  3. During the haircut, the product is placed right on the barber's workstation, in the client's line of sight.
  4. What we've just used is already waiting for sale — “take it with you”.
  5. The brand identity is repeated throughout the location: from stands to table tents.
Use of Cosmetics

Use of Cosmetics

The barber first uses the product on the client, then explains why this particular product suits them, and closes the sale right there—no pharmacy or marketplace needed. This is a controlled sales scenario, not a random purchase.

USAGE
  1. The product goes straight into action: we use it on your hair, beard, or skin during the service.
  2. The barber explains how the product works in simple terms: relieves dryness, removes oiliness, keeps your styling in place without heaviness.
  3. You feel the result right away — the texture, skin comfort, scent.
  4. Next comes a personal recommendation: «use this at home once a day, it’ll last you a long time».
  5. After your haircut, you just take home the same product in a retail format — no need to search in stores.
After Party

After Party

Sales look like care, not an upsell. The barber explains what they’re applying right now, why it works specifically for your skin or beard, shows you the result right away, and gives you a simple instruction: “use this at home.” You hear a solution, not an ad.

SUPPORT
  1. The barber works with the client and immediately explains what the product does: cleanses the skin, softens the beard, removes oiliness.
  2. No marketing talk: «you've got some dryness here after shaving — this will relieve the tightness in 2 minutes».
  3. You instantly feel the difference with your hands and on your skin, not just “imagine the result at home”.
  4. Next, the barber gives a simple instruction: «use this after your shower once a day, like this — let me show you».
  5. The ending sounds more like service than a sale: «take this bottle with you, it’ll last you a month».
Classic contoured beard

Classic contoured beard

Focus on sharp lines along the cheeks and neck, even density, and a neat shape. The beard looks strict, suits a formal style, and doesn’t require complicated styling.

DETAILS
  1. The barber works with the client and immediately explains what product is being used: deeply cleanses the skin, softens the hair, removes excess sebum for a sharp outline.
  2. No marketing talk: «We’re touching up the cheek line here — to make your face look slimmer; I’m raising the neckline higher because your beard grows low».
  3. The client instantly sees the symmetry in the mirror and feels the smoothness along the neckline — results right away, no need to «imagine it at home».
  4. Next, the barber gives a simple instruction: «In the morning — wash your face, apply a few drops of oil, comb the outline — takes a minute».
  5. The finish doesn’t sound like a sale, but like a service: «Take this contour gel — it’ll last a month, your shape will stay sharp longer».
Mid-length fade beard

Mid-length fade beard

A smooth transition from the temples to the chin creates a neat volume and highlights your cheekbones. It looks modern and versatile — perfect for both work and weekends.

DETAILS
  1. The barber works with you and immediately explains what product is being used: cleanses the skin, softens the beard, removes oiliness for a clean fade.
  2. No marketing talk: «We'll do the fade higher because your hair is thick — this way your cheekbones will stand out and your cheeks will look slimmer».
  3. You instantly feel the evenness of the fade by touch and see a smooth gradient with no "gaps" in density.
  4. Next, the barber gives you a simple instruction: «After a shower, spread the balm from your temples down, pat dry with a towel, comb it out — the fade will look sharper».
  5. The final words sound like service, not a sale: «Take this balm — it keeps the texture without shine, one bottle will last you 4–5 weeks».
Beard with handlebar moustache

Beard with handlebar moustache

Controlled length on the chin and defined mustache add character to your look. Perfect for those who appreciate attention to detail and stylish accents.

DETAILS
  1. The barber works with the client and immediately explains what the product does: cleanses the skin, softens the hair, removes tightness, and preps the moustache for styling.
  2. No marketing talk: «your moustache grows unevenly — we apply wax locally, twist here, and leave the middle natural so it doesn’t look “theatrical”».
  3. The client instantly feels the difference — the moustache holds its shape, and the beard doesn’t get frizzy at the edges.
  4. Then the barber gives a simple instruction: «once a day — a drop of oil on the beard, a bit of wax on the moustache tips with your nail, move from the center outwards».
  5. The final touch sounds more like service than a sale: «just toss this little wax in your pocket — you can fix your shape anywhere, it’ll last a month».
Short Stubble (Executive Stubble)

Short Stubble (Executive Stubble)

A neat version of a “just grown out” beard with clean edges along the neck and cheeks. Looks fresh every day and doesn’t take much time.

DETAILS
  1. The barber works with the client and immediately explains what product is being used: gently cleanses, soothes irritation after the trimmer, mattifies the skin without overdrying.
  2. No marketing talk: «here we raise the cheek line by 2 mm — the stubble will look neater; we keep the neck clean so there’s no “shadow” on the shirt».
  3. The client instantly feels comfortable — no burning or itching, the stubble lies flat and doesn’t prick.
  4. Next, the barber gives a simple instruction: «every other day, use the trimmer at 2–3 mm, apply the lotion after — done, 2 minutes».
  5. The ending sounds like service, not a sale: «take this road-size lotion — it’ll last a month and keep your skin calm».

Local Business Partnership

Local Business Partnership

We integrate local brands into the daily foot traffic of Lumberjack Barberhouse — not as ads, but as part of the experience. Clients see it, try it, get value — and the partner gets steady sales and visibility every day.

FORMAT
  1. The partner product/service is built into the visit flow: waiting area, coffee, consultation, aftercare.
  2. The offer feels like service: “if you want — try/take it”, no pushing and no discount drama.
  3. We collaborate only with what truly fits our audience: men’s lifestyle, comfort, quality.
  4. The integration looks organic: the brand is present, but never annoying.
  5. We measure results: promo codes, QR, mentions, referrals, and sales.
In-Store Cross Promo

In-Store Cross Promo

Clients come for a haircut — and naturally notice the local brand at the right touchpoints. This creates trust, not just “impressions”, because the brand is present inside a premium service environment.

PRESENCE
  1. Brand presence in the waiting area: counter, tables, water/coffee, small assets with no visual noise.
  2. QR or promo code where clients have time: waiting, coffee, aftercare.
  3. Barber/admin can explain the partner offer as a benefit, not an “ad”.
  4. Partner materials must be premium quality — no cheap flyers.
  5. We create repetition: clients see the brand on every visit, not just once.
Gifts & Client Bonuses

Gifts & Client Bonuses

The strongest mechanic is when clients get real value immediately. The partner provides a bonus (discount/gift/free option), and we provide traffic and trust. It feels like “lucky me” — and clients come back to the partner later.

MECHANICS
  1. The gift/bonus is delivered after the service: receipt, QR, promo card, or a code on the phone.
  2. One simple action: “show this and get the bonus” — no 10-step sign-ups.
  3. The bonus must feel real: not “-5%”, but something people actually want to use.
  4. We design the flow so it never disrupts service or distracts the barber.
  5. The partner gets measurable leads: the code tracks Lumberjack Barberhouse as the source.
Referral Sales

Referral Sales

This is not a “nice to meet you” partnership — it's a steady channel. Clients get a recommendation from a place they trust and arrive warm. And the partner pays for results: leads, receipts, sales.

RESULT
  1. We issue a unique partner code that works as a tracked “sales source”.
  2. We show the offer at the right moment: after service, when loyalty is highest.
  3. The partner pays for facts: used code / receipt / confirmed lead.
  4. Monthly reporting: leads, sales, and average ticket size.
  5. We scale across other Lumberjack Barberhouse locations — the channel grows without chaos.
