At Lumberjack Barberhouse, Ambassadors are the peak of the profession. Masters at this level earn from 90,000 to 150,000 UAH per month thanks to a personal premium client flow, the status of being the face of the brand, and the highest average ticket in the network. An Ambassador works with the strongest guests in the network, serving 18 to 26 premium clients per day, and shapes standards of technique, style, and service. In this role you’re not just a barber — you are the benchmark, mentor, example, and the brand. We operate in a full-booking model where over 85% of guests are regulars, while the rest come through an advertising budget of 150,000+ UAH per location each month. An Ambassador gets the best tools, dedicated workstation standards, priority booking, and personal support from the admin team.

We are a network of 10+ locations in Kyiv serving over 6,000 guests monthly. The Ambassador is a unique position: participation in creating network standards, demonstrating technique for the team, running masterclasses, testing new products, and influencing Lumberjack’s visual and service culture. You are a key figure shaping the direction of locations and the brand. Schedules are individual, built around your efficiency and workload. We expect flawless technique, consistency, speed up to 35–40 minutes per haircut, confidence in any work, and mature service mindset. Ambassador income from 90,000 to 150,000 UAH per month
