At Lumberjack Barberhouse, barbers earn from 20,000 to 40,000 UAH per month already at the start thanks to a stable guest flow — 10 to 16 clients per day in top Kyiv locations. We operate with a fully booked schedule where 70% of clients are regulars, and the rest come through a monthly advertising budget of 150,000+ UAH per location. The workplace is fully equipped: professional chairs, premium cosmetics, regulated sterilization, and administrators responsible for service, order, and booking density. You sit in the chair and receive a flow — not wait for your first client.

We are a network of 10+ locations in Kyiv serving over 6,000 guests monthly. Every barber goes through structured onboarding: test haircuts, training in basic and intermediate techniques, CRM integration, and mentor support during the first 30 days. Schedules include 2/2, 3/3, or individual options. We don’t require a perfect fade from day one, but we value growth speed, precision, discipline, and ambition.
