At Lumberjack Barberhouse, the Art Director role is an upgrade above being a master — an additional level of responsibility and influence available only to strong barbers. It can be a Barber, Senior Barber, TOP, or Ambassador who, beyond technique, takes on managerial functions and is responsible for the stability and results of the location. The Art Director keeps their own premium client flow, but receives extra motivation for team leadership, service control, order, daily processes, and key performance indicators. This role is what protects the atmosphere, rhythm, and standards that guests choose Lumberjack for.

We are a network of 10+ locations in Kyiv, and each one is led by a master who has proven stability, speed, technical level, and the ability to work with people. Art Directors get special opportunities: higher compensation, individual schedules, access to management analytics, influence on standards, team leadership, participation in brand shoots, control over purchasing and service, and close collaboration with the network’s leadership.
