Experienced masters work with a flow of 14 to 22 clients per day in top Kyiv locations. We operate in a full-booking format where 70% of guests are regulars, and the rest are brought in by an advertising budget of 150,000+ UAH per location every month. The workplace is equipped with premium tools, products, and strict sterilization standards, while administrators ensure service quality, timing, and booking density. You work like a top-level master — without pauses, chaos, or “empty days”.

We are a network of 10+ locations in Kyiv serving over 6,000 guests monthly. Senior barbers have expanded opportunities: helping train the team, testing new techniques, influencing standards, and shaping the location’s culture. Onboarding for an experienced master takes minimal time: CRM access, team introduction, and smooth integration into the workflow. Schedules include 2/2, 3/3, or individual options. We expect confident fades, speed up to 45 minutes per haircut, consistency, and responsibility.
